"“Check-in anytime” except when we arrived, the electronic check-in systems were down and there were no staff in the entire hotel to assist. "Lejlighederne på An den Lindenbäumen er ringe standard. Der var ikke 5 senge + sengetøj som bestilt, så en måtte sove på sofaen. Lyset virkede ikke i alle rum. Der manglede bestik til alle i køkkenet og endelig stank der fælt i opgangen. Man skal gå igennem toilet/bad for at komme til det ene værelse. ..."
