โThe hotel is great, all the staff were excellent with us,I am 83 and I somehow left the lights on my car,a young lady receptionist came to my room and told me of this,I was very grateful as I was attending a funeral the following morning,donโt know her name but many thanks to her for letting me know.Excellent place I will certainly recommend.โ
โVery short stay (one night) and very last minute! However, they accommodated and were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful - very spacious and a gorgeous bathroom - the best power shower i've ever used!! Also - the bed was SO COMFY. Thank you. โ

โExcellent stay with great staff. Good location. Had a problem with the shower not able to control the temperature of the water too hot.. Spoke with louise on reception extremely helpful offered refund via hotels.com. Rang hotels.com and spoke with a lovely lady Kavita who is sorting this with the hotel. We will be back. Excellent service.โ
โClean, quiet room, tea and coffee in the room, TV working. Online Check-in option was very handy. 24hr desk is also handy as we arrived after midnight and had no issues getting our key.

โGreat find everything about the hotel is excellent especially the food. Only slight gripe had to pay for breakfast, could be built into room cost. I had a room at the rear of the hotel which was quiet and not overlooked, I imagine a front facing room could be noisy because of the A59โ
