“Near theodore roosevelt national park so location was the reason for staying. Had problems with room #331: shower would not work and required 2 or 3 visits from Hotel staff to get shower to slightly work or to shut off. Hotel refused changing rooms or allowing us to shower in another room. Sink was slow and needs cleaning. Entry / hallway sink electrical plug has something broken off in plug, making it unuseful. King bed was painfuly beyond its useful life and sagging. Refrigerator cabinet was...

“Room spacious but bathroom layout poor and could be unsafe if some had some physical challenges. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The breakfast fare was poor- fruit was rotten, biscuits burnt, no yogurt or gluten-free options other than hard boiled egg.”

“Close to North Unit of Theodore Roosevelt National Park but a bit far from the South if you are planning to visit both . Nice to have a kitchen while visiting. Staff members were helpful.”
