“Die Zimmer waren außerordentlich sauber, aber: Das Wasser funktionierte am Tag der Abreise nicht. Keine Informationen darüber. Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt, das Personal, vor allem beim Frühstück war recht kurz angebunden. Keine Tischwahl, obwohl genügend vorhanden waren. Das Meiste war wohl für den Abend reserviert. Die Getränkeautomaten waren genial: Obwohl gefüllt, wurde dies wohl dem Automaten nicht mitgeteilt, da ständig "Sold out" angezeigt wurde. Das Hotel ist urig, aber extrem...

“My husband went last weekend for a business trip. He came back and mentioned that it's a new hotel, look nice and clean. He had an early flight so as soon as he check in, he thought to take a good rest before going out for meeting. The head lamp is facing the bed which is quite bright to him so he tried to switch it off. And here the power tripped happened to his room. He called the reception to check. Reception mentioned that it was power tripped. My husband request for a room change, but...

“When I arrived at the hotel and entered the room, the room was completely smelly and the washbasin was broken. A room that was not ready. Also the unfriendliness of the front desk staff”

“Hotel ist sehr neu und wirklich schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist auch gut, nicht direkt in der Innenstadt, aber man ist schnell mit der Straßenbahn dort. Mit dem Parken sollte man sich vorher informieren, leider keine eigenen Parkplätze. Bei Check-In wurden wir über eine Kaution (150€) überrascht, das sollte besser kommuniziert werden. Trotzdem 5 Sterne für diese Unterkunft, ich würde es weiterempfehlen.”
