“Check in was a bit of a hassle. We never received the mandatory checkin email, which required chatting with hotels.com to resolve the issue. We tried to call the smartflats people after receiving the number from hotels.com (the one on the website is disconnected) directly and were put on hold (while we were chatting with hotels.com) and after 15 minutes of being on hold, we hung up. The checkin also requires a photo id scan from your phone as well as an additional $$ euro deposit before they...

“I am satisfied with the apartment, but not happy with a couple things: 1. There is no reception for this apartment. The owner first said the check in code would be sent to me 7 days before we arrive. I sent an email / website message to follow up 7 days ahead, no response. I sent another email / website message 2 days before, no response, i sent an email / message one day before, still no response. So ignoring me. The day i arrived, we were locked out, i tried to call them with our Canada cell...

“Locatie is echt super! Lekker ruim appartement met lekkere badkamer en goede bedden. Eenvoudige keuken maar prima, alleen vaatwasser zonder mandjes/lades, dus inruimen is niet mogelijk De entree naar appartement is een beetje kruip door sluip door maar wel netjes. ”

“안트베르펜 역에서 나오자마자 직진하면 5분 이내 큰길에 위치해 있어 좋았습니다. 체크인 시간이 오후2시부터 저녁6시까지로 정해져 있고 그 이후에는 돈을 더 지불해야 합니다. 거실과 방 모두 넓고 가구도 쓰기 편리했습니다. 욕조와 세탁기도 구비되어 있고 특히 주방이 있어 바로 옆 건물에 있는 마트에서 음식을 사서 요리도 할 수 있어 좋습니다. 가구나 집기 상태가 조금 나쁜것이 있었는데 가령 손잡이가 떨어져 있다던지 전구에 불이 잘 들어오지 않는 경우가 있지만 불편한 정도는 아니었습니다. 다만 조명이 어두운 편이라 날이 흐리거나 밤에는 불편했습니다. 직원들도 친절하게 안내해 주고 요구사항도 잘 들어줘서 만족스러운 여행이 되었습니다. ”

“Es gibt keine kostenlosen Parkplätze, sondern nur öffentliche kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Unterkunft ist nicht sehr sauber. Man bekommt keine Antwort vom Besitzer. Es gibt auch kein 24 Stunden Front Desk. Als wir gebucht hatten, stand sogar noch dabei, dass man die ganze Unterkunft alleine zur Verfügung hat, das stimmt aber nicht, es ist nur ein Zimmer. Die Treppen sind sehr steil.”

“Very nice property, very clean and organized. It is in a very good location, close to commercial and historical sites. A lot of things to do and places to eat nearby. We had a little confusion with the entry code, but could sort it out with the help of the property management and they immediately took care of it.”

“Topligging! Met de codes geraak je vlot binnen in de flat. De ruimtes zijn groot en mooi. Er is een huiselijke sfeer, leuke badkamer en uitgeruste keuken. Tijdens ons verblijf werkte de tv niet en ontbrak er een gordijn in de slaapkamer. Voor de rest was alles in orde.”
