โJeremy was super helpful โค๏ธ. Pretty sure the tall young man working the front desk was named Jeremy. Lots of local information. We enjoyed both bands in the lounge on the nights that we stayed. I think it's worth the upgrade to the garden room โ
โThis is a fine property. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Features free sodas, water, apples, a variety of granola-type breakfast bars, and internet, all for free. When our return home flight was canceled, they worked with us to extend our 8 day vacation stay another night during a sold-out week. We recommend this hotel for its balance between price, amenities, comfort, and excellent staff.โ

We ate at a restaurant around the corner which was very good as well. We went down to the river and put our feet in the water. I will be coming back soon. Our best stay of our vacation.โ
โWhen I came into the lobby to check in, I was completely frazzled and freaked out thanks to an incident on the I-5. I was shaky, and probably a little short with the individual who checked me in. He was so incredibly kind, walking me through the property and check in process, offered me water, a place to sit and decompress, and anything else. I canโt stress the service of this place.

โGreat hotel, in the middle of the town. Walking distance to anything you may need. Parking is a bit confusing, check with the front desk for instructions.
One thing that is SUPER IMPORTANT before you book, check to make sure your room is not one of the rooms with a shared bathroom (3rd floor). It wasn't a problem for me but it can be a suprise if you dont realize this.โ

"The location is excellent. Overall, the staff are friendly. The rooms are spacious and decent, but they do not meet the high-end quality I imagined when booking. It's an average hotel, but it has a few drawbacks.
Firstly, it was listed as offering free breakfast, but instead of an actual free breakfast, they provide a credit that can be used like a voucher for the total amount. The breakfast itself is not great for the price, so it doesnโt seem worth selecting. Additionally, there is no bathtub in the bathroom, which is a disappointing omission.
The tap water is also quite murky. They claim itโs mineral water, but it just looks dirty. Being sensitive, I also experienced minor skin irritation after using the water.
The pool and fitness center are somewhat small but usable. This hotel is $40โ50 more expensive than others, and I booked it for the pool and breakfast as its advantages, but they werenโt particularly necessary, as the experience is ultimately similar to other hotels.
It wasnโt a bad experience, but Iโll likely try other hotels next time."
