I was hesitant to book in the beginning due to being accustom to more swanky hotels HOWEVER do not be fooled..this is a hidden GEM!! From the customer service to the accessibility of being near everything you need! The room is cozy & quaint! The nearby food was AHH-MAY-ZING! Book this stay without hesitation! “We came in. First room no shower handle. Hole drilled in shower? Clumps of black hair an blood on sheets. Went an asked to change rooms. Got into salem from the airport extremely late. Second room ... the smell was so bad an our feet stuck to the carpet in all three rooms. Went to the front asked to be refunded where the attendant asked if she could find us a room that was good.
