budget, common kitchen, meet fellow travellers, great air conditioning, friendly staff, room was compact, but quite comfortable with balcony . only disapointment was rental of bikes- only $5, seats could not be adjusted for our height so had to bring them back, disappointing for us as we hoped to bike around area.

We had a private room and bathroom in this hostel/hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The communal arras were clean and well organized for a small area. Many great restaurants and place to eat in the area. Walking distance to most amenities in Willemstad. If you are looking for a hostel hotel experience in this beautiful city i highly recommend this hotel.

A good place for one or ywo night stay. They do not have elevators. So, you'll have to carry your luggage upstairs. Small room, but well kept. Their charging outlets are round pins, so US vistors need to carry an adaptor.

A 10 min stroll from the Punda City Center along the impressive Waaigat Bed&Bike offers a great location. The hotel is tidy and the bike facility can be used for beach trips. The rooms lack a cupboard or a rail with clothes hangers to unpack the suitcase. Also common kitchen facilities and large fridge

Great location, even better staff.

The hostel is well located with lots of restaurant options in walking distance, a couple grocery, even the heart of Willemstad with the Swinging Old Lady bridge and options in a 20-25 minute walk. Population is a bit different that I usually see at hostels. Not all 20-somethings but families and older folks too. Not much happening in the communal spaces that I saw but I was out in the evening. I didn't expect the room to be cleaned/bed made very day like a hotel but it was. Plenty of hot water and AC that works almost too well, I had to turn it down. Staff there are efficient and friendly, able to help with many questions and requests. It's really convenient to be able to rent a bike or car there. Staff are the best thing about the hostel, period. My single complaint isn't really in the control of the hostel but we had two nights in a row with multiple exit door alarms go off. Quite a pain and then there were warnings left in the communal spaces warning of fines.

There was no balcony, there was barely a window. The room was as basic as could be. The only true amenity was the location. There was no closet in the room or any hangers for our clothes. There was no dresser, just a ledge in the corner of the room. There's no mini refrigerator in the room and there were not even paper cups to drink water. We had no washcloths for the first two days. The street noise, including the arguing couple outside at 4AM sounded like it was right in the room. The property is kept clean though. The pictures on the website were pretty misleading as to the size of the room and what amenities would be included. The housekeeping lady came into the room while we had the do not disturb sign on the door. Everyone there is very nice but we will not be returning.

Clean room, definitely walkable, easy to find. Only hiccup was the blackout in the country but that was not the fault of the staff. Everyone was really inconvenienced. They gave recommendations for things to do to pass the time. It's my second time staying and I have no complaints.

For the price point this place is great. We had a private room and it was clean, quiet, and cool. I told them it was my birthday and they filled the room with balloons. The staff is very sweet and helpful and the location is perfect for getting around. It’s tucked back a ways from the tourist area so you don’t have to deal with the cruise people. There are a few great restaurants within a 2 minute walk, and the rest of the entertainment is within a 10 minute walk. The Bikes they rent are good and only $5. For the price it’s a great place to stay.

Great price and location

Very cute hostel. I got a private room which had a cute balcony, but the hostel itself didn’t seem crowded if you were looking to dorm. Very walkable location in terms of shopping, restaurants, and the bridge w the iconic Curacao view. Not exactly walkable to the desirable beaches, but great for downtown. I split my trip between this hostel to enjoy the downtown and a different resort on the beach, which was perfect. Plenty of on street parking right in front of the hostel. Friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff. Clean premises.

Rooms were very plain with hardly any surface area to put anything down, but property was clean, shower nice and hot, staff very friendly. No satellite TV as promised, but who needs it when you have great outdoor activities. The community kitchen has a large fridge and the system works very well (stickers and pens provided to mark your bags. Nothing was missing)

En general, tuve una buena experiencia, considerando el precio de las habitaciones. El hotel es muy sencillo pero se encuentra en un excelente ubicación. Al personal que atiende la recepción le falta mas capacitación. Su actitud hacia los huéspedes es un tentó de indiferencia. No están al pendiente de lo je el huésped necesita. El hotel no tiene elevador. Eso dificulta subir a los cuartos con maletas pesadas. El hotel es apropiado para gente joven, de presupuesto limitado y cuyas expectativas sean bajas. En todo, creo fue una buena experiencia.
