Elements was a great overall location. Accessible to almost all happenings and walking distance to lots of to do’s. The room provided all the basics you’d need on vacation. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. They were pleasant and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic location in the heart of Punda! So many restaurants, cafés, convenience stores and other shops are within walking distance, and the area is busy and felt safe for a solo traveller. Otrabanda is just a few minutes walk across the Queen Emma bridge. The room itself was clean and housekeeping did a good job daily. The view from my room was breathtaking! I would return and would recommend.

Before traveling to the beautiful island of Curacao I knew that my choice of my host hotel was ideal.I looked up their reviews and it told me what I needed to hear to begin with,however there's no experience like your own.From the time I stepped foot on the property I felt welcome.The front desk staff was very welcoming and was very helpful.I was well impressed by the young vibrant staff the property has.So professional and always was willing to assist in anyway possible. This was a wonderful property very convenient as it is located in Central downtown and there’s a huge parking lot across where you can park for free if you’re renting a car. Staff is very helpful and courteous.

I love the property was in the heart of the city,close to everything. What i didn't like is that housekeeping didnot clean properly. The bathroom were not cleaned for our entire stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I felt safe and welcomed by the staff. They always had a security guard by the elevator on the downstairs floor. There’s a lot of construction going on which could be annoying if you were trying to relax by the pool but it was okay I can’t wait to go back and see all the new things built. The walls are kind of thin so I could sometimes hear what the people next to me were doing. You could also hear the music from the rooftop at night until 11pm, so if you’re not coming for the party vibe then this is not the place for you.

I would Highly Recommend staying at Elements Hotel for your trip to Curacao! The staff is wonderful and the rooftop bar Cascada is amazing. I want to personally thank Kaylan who made me feel appreciated when I was enjoying dinner and drinks on the rooftop bar! He went out of his way to make my birthday trip a great time. The entire staff at Cascada is great! Also management was very helpful with anything I needed during my stay. I will stay at Elements again when I return to Curacao it is centrally located and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

Elements Hotel and Shops is a fantastic place to stay in Curaçao. Their location in Punda is excellent, just steps away from the iconic Curaçao and Dushi signs and a short walk from Queen Emma bridge. It is surrounded by many restaurants and shops and has easy access to transportation. The hotel is modern and common areas are kept impeccably. The rooftop bar / restaurant / pool area is lovely and seems to be the place to be for locals and visitors especially on Thursdays. Rooms are spacious, clean, and there is complimentary coffee and ice-cold water all day. However, the best aspect of the hotel is its personnel. Staff are helpful, kind, and caring. A special shout out goes to Yorgelis, Shanty, Shelsie, and Shediah who will make you feel at home.

Excellent staff and service!!! Sparkling clean and walking distance to every thing you need. Will definitely stay here over and over again. Love the rooftop cascada bar and the swimming pool.

Property was in walking distance from shops, restaurants, the ferry, buses, and historic sites. I felt safe the entire time in this neighborhood. I just wish there was a little more lighting in my hotel room and that my hotel window didn’t face the guest’s bedroom across the courtyard. Other than that, I would highly recommend Elements & Shops Hotel and Curacao for the win!

Hotel was ver close to the main touristy areas. Walkabe to many great restaurants. Parking out front was generally busy but I was always able to find a spot. Note: Bring your european power plug adaptors.

Elements was very comfortable with very pleasant staff. The location is prime for walking around and seeing curaçao on your own terms. Tried 2 of the onsite restaurants and had enjoyed my meals. I will definitely consider staying here again.

POSITIVES: First and foremost, the FRONT DESK STAFF are OUTSTANDING!!! They were kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to make my 5 night, solo stay wonderful. The room was CLEAN, updated, and spacious and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was spacious with a shower big enough for 4 and the water was hot with great pressure. The LOCATION is SAFE and ideal for walking to many restaurants, shops, attractions, and public transportation. The ROOFTOP pool, bar, and restaurant is a whole entire vibe. The food and music are good and it's a great place to chill at the end of a day in the sun. NEGATIVES: the pool closes at 6pm. The room doesn't have a closet or provide hangers. Understanding that progress is necessary, the construction noise in and outside starts early for those vacationing and can be slight annoying. Lastly, there is no room or massage services available. Two things vacationers look forward to. I've already recommended to friends and will be back.

The location of this property is PERFECT! (Dining, shops, tourist hotspots all within reach) However, the property displayed online is a little misleading. The carpets in the main areas were very filthy. There were knats in the room and bathroom. The bed was comfy very soft if you like that. The staff was great but the room was definitely not what we expected. Marks on walls, the bathroom shower had a curtain which is ehh to me. The lighting in the room was subpar as well.

Pros: Perfect location Always a parking space (currently free of charge) clean hotel/rooms nice staff unlimited bottled water available at reception beach towels Negatives: - bed too soft, back hurt all holiday - balcony has no privacy and no shade - there are sun-darkening curtains in the room, but no net curtains - swimming pool is very small, only 2 sunbeds and 2 cabana on the roof, no parasols!!! Staff in the bar don't even come to you to take a drink order and we were the only guests there. - in the room under the rooftop bar you can hear the chairs sliding very well in the evening

The property was located between abandoned properties the noise of the roof top was permanent it has very poor manteniance. Access door in floor three is broken in the bottom, carpets in the hall areas are very dirty. Staff is also very basic. For this rate you can get better options in other countries. Location is very good. To bad this hotel was not better.

The staff is wonderful, thoughtful and kind. The roof terrace is great. Some bathrooms are amazing and spacious, others could easily be improved. Location in the middle of town is lovely. Access to the hotel with only one elevator can be challenging at times. Beaches are a bit further away.

Overall good property. Clean and well kept inside. Staff and service were great. No complaints. The area surrounding the hotel has a lot to do and nice vibe. Only knock is the eye sore property next door and a few other properties. But that has nothing to do with this properly.

Place is located downtown which is a central area closed to a lot of things. Customer service was Great(Shanty, SHAEDiah, Shellie, Ray and Gelys) because we had issues with our sink, tv and shower but they did fix everything right away. Just wish the owner would just pay more attention to the little things onThe property.

Loved my stay at the hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff was super nice and helpfull. The cascada restaurants was amazing. The hotel is located in the center so you can explore different things easily. However, if you want to go west to explore the beaches, it is better to rent a car as this hotel is really far from there and expensive by taxi. The only negative thing is the noise. You can hear the noise outside the room/ the room near you but its manageable and you can still rest and sleep well.

The front desk staff was great and helped with whatever we needed. The shower in the bathroom made it impossible to keep the rest dry; they do not put a shower curtain or anything, and the toilet is literally next to the shower (10-20 cm apart, or less). When we first entered the room, the floor was covered in sand. They sent someone to vacuum, but it wasn’t until the following day that the difference was noticed. They put a sign to try to encourage towel reuse, but if we have to dry the floor/toilet every time we shower, I don’t see that happening. In the room, there isn’t a phone or anything to call the front desk, so for anything and everything, you have to go to the front desk (the staff there was extremely nice, so no complaints there). The location is great, very convenient. Our only concern was the rooftop terrace. They throw parties on top, and those who are not guests go there, so sometimes when we were returning to the hotel, there were drunk/rude people coming from the stairs/elevator, which we had to use to go to the room. We did not always feel safe, although they do have a security guard present (unfortunately, the gentleman is much older, so I would avoid relying on that too much). We would return, but we would hope they take the above remarks into consideration.
