"The property was easy to navigate. The restaurants were hard to get reservations at but we were able to go to them. Each restaurant had their own way of serving food, became a little confusing. The resort was clean and friendly and when we arrived they up graded our room free of charge! Just remember you need to check your plugs for the outlets, we needed to bring converters. Overall a great stay and would go again!"

"Cleaning staff is wonderful. Concierge staff also wonderful - very helpful. The hotel is updated and modern although some small half ass work remodeling - still pretty good. The location is perfect. Walk everywhere or catch a tour or taxi right in front. It is loud due to the Cascada bar upstairs but that didn’t bother me. I joined the fun and went to sleep afterwards. My balcony room was great. 402. View of the ocean and the city. The reviews about the carpet were not accurate on my floor - 3. Carpets were clean and new. No worries about security. Most nights there was a security guard at the entrance. The door to the floors can only be accessed with room card Mar Y Tierra restaurant was great. I ate there a few times. There are plenty of options all over the place. Please walk around. Cross the Queen Emma Bridge. Google Maps will be useful. Casanova. Toasted Buns. Piace Bieu for local food. Kuda Handa Village. "Check-in was smooth and easy, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. The towels in the bathroom were in poor condition, and my daughter had to request a bed change because there were hairs on the sheets and the comforter appeared dirty inside. Additionally, I experienced some bites during my stay that I suspect may have been from bed bugs, which is very concerning—especially given that the property is relatively new. We also had to request a refill for the conditioner, which should have been taken care of without needing to ask. The breakfast was overpriced for the quality of food offered, which added to the overall disappointment. I also want to mention that we tipped the housekeeping staff a total of $65 over our 5-night stay, as we genuinely appreciate their work. Overall, while the check-in process was fine, the lack of cleanliness and these issues significantly impacted our stay. "

"IL Mare is the private section for all the beach bungalows. The rest of the resort is not allowed over there. It has 24 hour butler service. It was the most amazing trip we’ve taken. The shoreline is a reef and full of tropical fish for snorkeling. The bartenders and butlers were amazing over there. This is a little bit smaller of a resort and was so relaxing and chilled out. If you want a crazy 24 hour party, this is not the resort for you. There was always activity, but you could go and sit and relax and have it quiet around you any time of day. so much food and drink options. We felt we needed to stay more than one week so we could experience all the different food on the menu. If you’re going to this resort, spend the money and stay in the bungalows. It is worth every single penny. You will leave with absolutely no regret. 24hr room service. We rented a car and drove into the downtown. Was easy. ABC rentals dropped the car off right in the parking lot for us and picked it up from there. We literally had nothing to worry about the entire week. The worst part about this resort is having to leave at the end of your vacation. It was heartbreaking to leave because we had the best time."
