Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We got an email, with the code to get into ROOM FIVE per my email and around 9:30 at night another couple used their "code" which was different from ours and entered our room and the management claimed we were suppose to be in ROOM 4 even though my email said room 5 as did the lady who had a code to our room also. Very unacceptable.
