Loved the tiny home ! Check in was a breeze - Room was spotless , the bed was like sleeping on a cloud !! Microwave with kureig coffeemaker , and mini fridge was perfect for morning coffee and snack. The WiFi for tv was spotty / but I didn't come here to watch TV- but to enjoy the beauty of the Grand Canyon ! I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend the Grand Canyon Tiny Homes !!

We loved this tiny home! It was conveniently located and super clean and cute! It gave a cute cabin feel. The only “downside” we had was that the neighbors in the tiny home connected to ours were quite loud into the night and woke us up at 6 am. Other than that, a great stay! Would recommend!

Secluded property, quiet area - great for star-gazing! Our cabin slept 6 (2 king size beds + 2 twin in the loft). Our family enjoyed having access to 2 bathrooms and our own sleeping spaces. Cabin was clean and welcoming. We would have liked a table and/or chair inside the cabin. Would have liked instructions for the heater, we had to search for the remote and google how to set. Would have preferred fitted sheets and some kind of mattress pad. Slight annoyance that the shower door in one bathroom was off the rails and did not slide easily (my husband was able to put one side back on the rail, but the other side was misaligned and would not move). Nice that the property is secluded, but keep in mind that means traveling for meals (20 min from Tusayan, 1hr from Flagstaff)

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Extremely disappointing stay. The room was not the tiny home/studio I booked and had serious cleanliness and safety concerns, including dirty towels, pet hair/debris, apparent blood, and an unsafe shower door. Check-in communication was also poor. This ruined my birthday getaway, and I did not feel comfortable staying another night.

We loved that the location was in the middle of nowhere yet also close enough to the Grand Canyon. There was an issue with the shower door, the toilet, the microwave door handle and the bathroom sink clogging, but they sent maintenance the next day who fixed some of the issues. There were flies and bugs inside the home, but they didn’t really bother us. You get a spectacular view of the Milky Way galaxy right outside the home. I would stay here again.

Some good and some could be better. Logistics: I had solo room in house shared with 4 rooms, all separate/external entrances. Unit had a bathroom w/ shower, sink outside of bathroom, mini fridge, coffee machine, bed w/ two bedside tables. Standard smaller tv. The good: - AC worked well - Bed was comfy - General lodging and layout of the place was nice - Check in and check out was fairly easy (they requested me to wash dishes w/o any provided dishwashing soap, which I felt a bit much, I didn’t end making coffee so I had nothing to wash) - it was in a nice and quiet isolated location. I could slightly hear neighbors in the same fourplex, but not enough to bother me The bad/could be improved: - Floor wasn’t vacuumed well enough; there were a couple brambles on the floor that I stepped on that were presumably left by the previous guest - Communication from the property managers was very copy/paste corporatey - I couldn’t figure out how to use the coffee machine (though that’s probably a me problem) - Gravel road up to the properties is terrible and very bumpy, though out of their control as it is a public road - An extra small table to put extra stuff would be nice

The tiny home we rented was perfect for a weekend getaway to the Grand Canyon! It was a great location between the Grand Canyon and Williams. We had great great viewing capabilities for both sunrise and sunset. I would definitely do it again. There are no amenities at this property but plenty of other things to do nearby.

The room was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. No complaints other than no secondary lock on the inside of the door like hotel rooms have. It was a great place for us while we visited the Grand Canyon National Park.

It was closed to Grand Canyon and we had nice private space. Loved it more than the regular hotel. Only negative about the place is it had really weak shower.

Loved the tiny home we stayed in! It met our needs well. The surroundings are quiet, and the view from the porch was nice. We received the Wi-Fi name and password prior to arrival but the password did not work. I messaged the person who was our contact, and got a quick response and the same pw as was given before We couldn’t get it to work.. We wanted to stay close to Grand Canyon Natl Park, and the location seemed very close. As you plan a trip, just know that the tiny home area is about a 45 min drive to the park. The bed was extremely comfortable and the house clean and modern. We recommend staying here, and someday we hope to stay again!
