The room was big, but dirty. There were spider webs and dust bunnies all around. Things like light fixtures and hair dryers did not work. The heat worked great and there was plenty of hot water and water pressure. The carpet and couch/chair were stained and smelled. The microwave and refrigerator were not clean. It was advertised as large fresh breakfast included, but some juice, cereal, 1 type of muffin, apple, and coffee is not a large breakfast and we were told after we arrived ,Thurs breakfast was not included only the weekend. We were very disappointed in this place and will not be returning. 1 star is being gracious to them.

For the price, this is a great place to stay. The room was clean and it was quiet. The water pressure was great. Also, the pool was very clean and nice to swim in. I was very pleased with how quiet the property was. Would stay again.

Staff was kind but it seemed like there was really only one staff member, and it was clear by the state of the place. The check-in area was clean and smelled great, but the rooms... not so much. While there was nothing particularly egregious, the room had a weird smell when there was no air circulating (AC/heat), the sheets definitely had some stains, and they do not clean rooms every day. I assume they clean rooms when people check out, but it was still a little frustrating especially because they hadn't given us enough towels (only 2 for a deluxe room that fits 4). When I called down to request towels, I had to actually go back to the check-in area and pick them up myself (hence why I think there's only one staff member managing the whole place). Overall, for the price I guess it wasn't horrific, but the rooms were obviously a little older, a little dingier, and it was just wild how different the state of the room was from the lobby/check-in that was so clean and bright and felt much newer.

Great value for a hotel

Hotel staff was so nice! Room was great & the continental breakfast had much more than I expected. The pools were clean & not overcrowded. We had a great stay & would definitely stay here again!

A bit disappointing.

Check in went fine. Room was lacking. No coffee maker, cobwebs behind door, hair on sinks, carpet dirty and way beyond needing replaced as are the mattresses.

The workers were nice. If you want a cheap place with low expectations because you’re visiting Busch Gardens, then this is OK. If you are use to very clean and comfortable beds, then this might not be the place for you. The breakfast was white bread slices, one type of fruit, one muffin and three cereal dispensers. They also had coffee and juice. There is a small pool that looked clean. The location is surrounded by restaurants and next-door to miniature golf so that was convenient. It’s by far not the worst place. I’ve stayed at, but if I go back to that area, I probably will spend a little bit more for a bigger bed and a little bit more breakfast choice.

I have stayed in many Days Inn over the past several years. Mostly clean & convenient. This was the worst place I have ever stayed. Unit was on very back of building. No closet, no coffee pot in room. Mostly vacant. Breakfast was advertised at 7:00 am, but only small cupcake, apples, coffee & juice was available after 8: am. Front door was locked, had to knock several times to gain admittance. NO NOT RECOMEND This location.

You get what you pay for. This was very inexpensive, but not very clean or well-maintained. “Continental breakfast” was the pits. But it was cheap, and a fairly comfortable fairly clean bed.

We stayed for 1 night. We arrived late in the night and the receptionist was nice. The hotel location is convenient. The room is average, you get what you're paying for. The lamps next to the beds were not working, some of the sheets had stains and there weren't enough towels. The commons don't feel safe and are not clean, the dumpster was full and garbage all over the floor. There were two guys using drugs very close to our room. At least there was a police patrol driving around the property.

Poor service. Advertised as having breakfast. First morning breakfast was supposed to start at 8am. Nobody from staff showed up until 9:30 am. Couldn’t even access the lobby. Second day staff was there and let us in. Breakfast was a choice of fruit loops, Raisin Bran and another unhealthy dry cereal. Juice dispensers were empty. Coffee available but lousy. Heater was terrible. Loud and no regulation. Kept going on and off all night. Trash all around the grounds. No comfortable chairs available in the room. Would never stay in this property
