Very impressed with the overall value here. The front desk staff was great and the suite room was spacious and clean. There were also no cleaning products smell that is common in hotels like this. The included breakfast was also top notch!

My family spent Christmas here. The staff and the atmosphere made it feel like home. We have stayed here before and could not say enough good things about it. I was able to cook a big dinner and we enjoyed being close to Busch Gardens where we went daily.

The room was gorgeous, the staff was very kind and displayed excellent customer service. Staff like De'Zhire and these 2 helpful and kind ladies from Jamaica that assisted me in the morning with obtaining breakfast.

The good: The location was great. We were walking distance away from several restaurants; including a general store with an ice cream shop. The free breakfast was good, having a waffle maker is a plus. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus after a long day. The suite was big and spacious. I was there with my two teens and after pulling out the sofa bed, we each had our own bed. I didn't use it much but the kitchenette is a great addition and would have gladly used if we spent more time there. The bad: Sorry but, it has to be said. The dampness. Our room felt wet the moment we walked in. The sheets all had that wetness feel to them. Our brochures we picked up at the front desk were drooping after an hour in the room. It was even worse after using the shower since there was no active fan and a vent pointing out into the main suite. I was also disappointed that if I wanted to use the sofa bed, I had to set it up myself, sheets included. Would I stay here again, well... yes I would. There are lots of perks to staying here however, I would want to check the room beforehand to make sure it's not damp.

Clean and close to anything you need

Wonderful stay clean and close to everything. They have breakfast and social time with free ice cream. Super nice rooms and walkable to anything needed. Very safe area
