Right in the heart of Williamsburg. Very close to an array fine restaurants. Minutes colonal williamsburg and by far the most spacious rooms ive ever stayed in!

Payton was excellent in getting us in our suite. He was very knowledgeable about the area. The rooms had more room then expected and are well keep. Can’t wait to plan another trip because we plan on staying here again.

Good parts....the beds were comfortable, the air/heat worked and the staff was friendly. Bad....it was dirty, no cable, no wifi. I had to buy cleaning products. Not enougb towels. No soap. Dirt and hair all over the bathrooms.

2nd time we stayed and back again, the night manager is the best of this place, he made sure all went well.with us in every way he could, now, about the property, this time we saw some little bugs here and there but we were on 1st floor, so it might have been that. The rest of the experience was really good

Williamsburg Suites

My stay was great. First thing i noticed upon arrival was the cleanliness. Clean bedding, no funky odors, hard flooring and ample hot water. The heating/AC unit works well and isnt full of mold like most 2 and 3 star motels. Yes people live here, and all seem nice. I too, am calling this home for a while. Cory has been awesome to me and my wife. There is a Hooters next door, a nice sized mini golf place across the street, and just about everything else you can imagine within walking distance or a short car ride away. Overall. 10/10 would recommend.

When I first came to the hotel, it took about 10 minutes for somebody to come to the front desk to even check me in. They were friendly. I go to my room and it is nice. But during my own personal inspection, I find that it was very dirty and unkept. The TV does not work and neither does the Wi-Fi. The microwave does come on, but it does not warm anything up. The refrigerators do not work. They have told me for three days now that they would bring me a smart TV, which didn’t make sense because the Wi-Fi does not work. The very first night I stayed here they asked for me to give five stars and I had no problem doing that at the beginning. now it is three days later and the staff has become rude and very unhelpful. I have called the number several times to get help and it goes to voicemail and I never get a return call. Tonight will be the last time I ever stay here. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and through the company that I booked them through. I’m grateful that I bought the insurance so hopefully I will be able to get my money back. I would not waste my time or my money on this crap hole. I like to leave good reviews, but with this one I cannot. I took a video, but it does not allow me to upload it. And it was basically just showing that the TV did not work. I booked this room from Sunday January 19 until January 24. I would not even recommend this hotel to a roach.

Was booked for 3 night's non smoking put me in first room smelled like smoke moved me to 3rd floor and the bed was unmade and people still had stuff in room 3rd room was dirty floor bathroom gross stains on the sheets and a used condom on the bed.

The price and location was the most convenient, the staff was very accomodating as there was not enough towels or toilet paper in the room, there was just 2 pillows per bed that were extremely thin, but for the price that we paid we didnt want to make a fuzz from it, next time bring your own pillows so it can be a bit more comfortable, qlso there was no staff at 830 am that would allow to check out, nor a way to check out electronically. Still the best of this visit was mr. Tim (front desk clerk), he was the most gracious and hospitable!

Awful, awful, awful

Room not even available or accessible when we arrived. The guy who eventually helped us had to force open the door to a dirty room that had no TV. There was no other room ready, so we canceled and stayed somewhere else for the night.
