โIt was quite good value overall. Some of the flooring near the kitchen area was a bit worn and I wasnโt certain that the heating would have worked if we had needed it. One wall heater needed refixing to the wall and the riser for the shower head needs securing or replacing. Very close to train station which was good. โ

โThe mattress was old and uncomfortable with no mattress protector on the bed aslo the pillows were old and stained.
The two windows had different curtains and very thin which let the street lights shine in all night.โ

โThis is a blatant misrepresentation of the accommodation, you assume the photo on the advert is the building but it is not. The actual building resembles a derelict house with badly peeling black paint and grubby door and windows in an unattractive area where it feels unsafe to leave your car.
The inside is slightly better but has torn flooring, wallpaper that has seen better days, uncomfortable seating, poor shower and cheap linen.

โLoved this hotel. I visit Liverpool often and this will definitely not be my last visit to this hotel. Beautiful and right next to the Liver Building. Conveniently placed for the docks and near enough to town. Added bonus to have a wonderful spa and swimming pool on site. I would wholeheartedly recommend โ
โWe had a lovely time staying yet again at the Leonardo whilst we attend a Convention at the M&S bank Arena. The staff are amazing and so very friendly and obliging. Comfortable and clean, lovely breakfast. โ
