โLoved this hotel. I visit Liverpool often and this will definitely not be my last visit to this hotel. Beautiful and right next to the Liver Building. Conveniently placed for the docks and near enough to town. Added bonus to have a wonderful spa and swimming pool on site. I would wholeheartedly recommend โ
โThe apartments was comfortable and larger than expected. It had basic facilities including a kettle and coffee. The block has no foyer and the reception area was tiny and functional, more what you would expect with an apartment block them with a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful Though not always on site. When I came back to collect my case it was unsupervised and I was unable to find any staff numbers.โ
โGreat hotel in a lovely area close to the arena at the docks so very handy for the town centre and all the docks attractions. The only faults were that some of the stairwell carpets were rather worn and scruffy and the hotel staff need to ensure that everything g in the room (TV and air conditioning ) work correctly. I would stay again - room was lovely, bars very clean and helpful friendly staff โ
โThe access to the apartment on check in was very confusing and we had to provide a security deposit outside of Expedia, at a location off-site. Felt very suspicious.
Stovetop electrical did not work with main power switch. All the switches need to be labeled- the fridge was accidentally turned off by someone in my party trying to find light switches. โ
โWe really enjoyed our stay at Posh Pads in Liverpool. The apartment was very clean, comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Modern decor and having the living room and kitchen separate to the bedroom and bathroom meant the accommodation was very spacious. All modern conveniences were in the apartment. โLovely hotel, having the restaurant at the hotel was a great addition. The rooms were nice and clean - lovely touch having the extra items in the mini fridge. The location was great for walking to the docks and into city centre. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you! โ
โSuperb standard of rooms with fantastic sumptuous decor. A gem in the city right on a road with all of the coolest restaurants too..staff top notch, friendly and helpful. Cannot fault this hotel and we will be back. โ
โGreat location. Lots of space and well set out so great for large groups. Considering the apartment was supposed to sleep 11, it was disappointing that there were only 7 forks...Kitchen equipment was limited so if you're planning to cook for the group, think about what you might need and can easily bring. Consumables were also limited.โ
