This is an older motel, but quaint and well maintained. Especially good are the breakfasts, which include a buffet of seasonal fruit and other homemade treats. It's close to everything in town, and there is a decent restaurant right next door.

The staff were friendly and helpful; we also enjoyed the location and breakfast options. I accidentally left behind a small item and the staff were able to find it and ship it back to me since I had already left town, which I appreciate!

Our first stay here. Very cozy, quiet, clean, 2nd-floor room with comfortable mattresses. Heating/air conditioning easy to control. The breakfast spread was beautiful, and included an array of the freshest fruits, berries, dates, nuts, yogurt, muffins, juices, and really good coffee!

Really nice for the price. Clean and quiet with an impressive array for breakfast given the overall size of the motel. Friendly and helpful staff. Really worth it since the next door Fairfield charges 3 times as much for a similar room.

Our one-night stay at Willows Motel was very pleasant. The staff/managers/owners were friendly and helpful, our room was comfortable and clean. We were easily able to control the temperature with up-to-date air conditioning. The free continental breakfast was healthy and generous, including a plentiful assortment of fruits, nuts, dates, etc. to accompany the cereal, breads, bagels, etc. We also appreciated the well-kept small garden areas around the property. We would choose the Willows Motel again if we are staying in the Williamstown area.

Property was clean staff was nice but with their accents they were hard to understand at times. Breakfast was a joke and the toilet paper was the cheapest I've ever seen in 60 years of traveling. Recent updates (they claimed were recent) were very DIY. A/C -Heat unit was a little loud for sleeping.
