Phenomenal staff. Mercedes is the best and you can tell she truly cares about the hotel guests. I encountered a situation outside the hotel, reported it and the manager was very empathetic and supportive. It was no fault of the hotel as was another guest. Very clean.

Clean Rooms and Good bed, but the rest needs work.

Staff is very friendly, beds are very comfortable, and rooms are clean. The rest of the facilty is gross. The breakfast is too dark and a bit creepy in that there is no morning news on, and the food is mostly gross. There was a horrible stench in the elevator for all 3 nights, and bathroom by the restaurant was FILTHY. There was also a toilet plunger left in the hallway near our room.

Very nice suites at reasonable prices, even on a holiday weekend. The independent onsite restaurant and pub were charming. Continental breakfast was manned by an actual chef. Hot tub was out of commission. BUMMER!!
