The front desk lady was very nice. I was really impressed when she offered me dinner. She said most nights they cook sone thing for the men and women who work in the oil field. So they can come back to thier room and relax. I thought that was an awesome thing to do. I will be staying with them again for that reason. Good people do still exist

Work trip, stayed at Baymonts before and thought ok just remodeled and I’ll try it. Decent price for last minute as well. Had a hard time finding where I paid on hotels.con wanted to run my card again, I said no then we got through all that and checked in. She was helpful. Got to the room and knew I would not be staying! Bugs all over the walls and bed, I was out a there, she did find me another room and that was better so can’t fault the help. They blamed construction for the bugs but regardless wasn’t a fan. Will not stay again. Felt like a small dorm room and the bed was the same however good pillows.

Felt like you were staying in a college dorm. Very noise. Bed was a flimsy metal type frame. Room was very, very small.

We were moved to a different property because of electrical issues. The different hotel was basically a truck stop that felt unsafe. Upon check in, by a self admitted sick person, we learned that the room received sells for $20+ less than we paid for it due to the downgrade from the Baymont.
