โWe stayed for our Anniversary trip and I booked the Olympic suite restaurant and wasnโt disappointed, fabulous food, wonderful attentive staff who couldnโt do enough for us , room was fantastic comfortable beds and pillows , bed was enormous, we had a bath and shower and tea making facilities, everything was within walking distance, lovely few days would certainly go back and a great choice , my only negative was parking which can spoil your experience and made arrival for us very stressful โ
โIt was a gem we found......its very old worldly and our hosts where excellent.......really fantastic breakfast nothing to much trouble would recommend a stay......our shower in the tack room was super powerful.......thanks for a good stay.โ
โAbsolutely loved our stay at The Tavern. Location couldn't be better, room was comfy and spacious and the staff were welcoming and kind. Would 100% recommend โ
โWe stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and had a great time. Our room was lovely and very clean. The breakfast menu is varied plentiful and very good. Gillian and Karen are very friendly and helpful. Have to mention the desserts which we had one evening which were delicious.

โLovely location on main/only street in Alnmouth, near several nice pubs and restaurants- also, above a very nice pub. Bed was comfy and good size for two, decor was lovely and fresh, shower pressure was good, perfect cleanliness. Pub food is amazing and they easily found us a table. You get a key to the front door so if you come back after the pub has closed you let yourself in through the empty bar which was a cool experience. Helpful staff, nice varied breakfast options. Loved it. โ
โI had a wonderful stay at the Dock Hotel. When we arrived by bike, we were given a warm welcome and shown to a secure place to store the bikes, which was a great start. The room itself was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the shower was both hot and powerful.
The real highlight, though, was the breakfast. There was an impressive selectionโcereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts, pastries, a choice of cooked breakfasts, and freshly brewed coffee. It was the perfect way to fuel up before...
โThe room was great, clean, tidy and lots of space and the value, I thought, was excellent.
Checkin was a little slow, felt more like a pub with a side hotel. It felt the barmaid was busy with customers, taking priority over hotel guests. That said, everything else was as good as could have been expected.โ
