My sons and I stayed at the Aloft for Mother’s Day weekend. Joshua was the reception on duty when we arrived, his customer service was phenomenal. Joshua truly exemplifies professionalism and he was extremely courteous. Gabby was the reception when we departed and she was extremely professional as well. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We enjoyed the location. The variety of Restaurants, good scenery and excursions were all walkable. Buses were easy to get around. However, ubers stop at a certain time. Hotel manager & staff were nice & welcoming. Food at the 1st floor bar was yummy! Hotel was modern but cleaning of bathroom could be better. Views from hotel were awesome. Choose higher floors so you can see the riverfront. Cons- Hotel should inform you of cleaning policy in advance. We could not get a cleaner for 2 days. Also, there is no pool.😫

Was overpriced and small but was in a great location. The roof cafe had amazing views.

I was disappointed with the room and the view. I was very disappointed with the reception upon arrival. They did not have enough parking space in front of the hotel. The instructions for parking in the deck was complete incomplete and incorrect. Took me three trips back and forth to figure things out. I was give a room with view of the roof of the ceiling of parking. For the price they charged me I could have stayed 2 nights in a another and better hotel with a great view. Will not stay at this property next time.
