Overall, our stay was decent. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The only downside was the $100 “hold” for incidentals. It’s actually charged to your card upfront and then refunded 3–5 business days later, which was a little misleading and inconvenient. Other than that, we had a good experience.

The Breakfast attendant was awesome. Very polite and attentive every morning. Hot water pressure was a little lacking and it was definitely hard to keep the temperature in the room steady.

We mainly loved the location and convenience of having a few dining options and a coffee shop within easy walking distance. Our room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a weekend attending a wedding at Winterthur, which was about a 15 minute ride away. We would stay here again.
