The staff have been always very polite respectfully attentiveness to me. The first time we stayed the room was very clean this 2 time there was no body wash it was empty the girl that clean is Candace and the shower was dirty. They have great breakfast element is a very great place to stay have a very great living space. 10 out of 10.

amazing from the moment we checked in, which was seamless and very professional .This hotel is top notch. The rooms are space, and fully equipped with an oversized refrigerator, cabinet space and everything to make your short stay incredibly memorable. The complementary beer/wine from 5 to 6:30 during the nightly social time is a great addition, and the breakfast buffet is hands-down the best I’ve ever had! The location is perfect as it is near many “must sees” in the area. I will absolutely plan on staying here again.

Clean room yes staff excellent amenities excellent when we arrived my husband and me from concord they received us like coming to home every staff member were very friendly. When we went with are kids to have fun we noticed that the housekeeper came in and put new towels in our bathroom didn’t expect that but appreciate it thank you elements staff god bless you see you soon.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The property was beautifully landscaped and provided ample indoor and outdoor sitting spaces for socializing, private work calls and relaxing. My room was very clean and the layout was simple yet elegant. I loved the evening social time and breakfast was fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again! 2 cons were that opening and closing the doors were loud and the bathroom mirror didn't light up.

We recently stayed at the Element Hotel in Wilmington, NC and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is beautiful with a modern design and stylish furnishings that create a clean, comfortable atmosphere. Our room was well-appointed, the bed was very comfortable, and the in-room kitchen was a great feature. Having filtered water available was also a nice bonus. The front desk staff was consistently friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and daily interactions enjoyable. There were a few areas that could be improved. Housekeeping service was limited—we had to request it, and it was only provided once during our six-night stay. Breakfast service was also inconsistent. On Monday morning, the staff member was very kind and accommodating, even offering to make pancakes daily for my son, which we appreciated. However, from Tuesday through Saturday, the breakfast attendant was noticeably unfriendly, which made the experience less enjoyable. Additionally, the hot food quality varied, with French toast served cold and eggs often overcooked. Overall, the hotel itself is excellent in terms of design, comfort, and front desk service, but consistency in housekeeping and breakfast service would greatly improve the guest experience.

Had a handicap room even though we aren’t handicapped. It was clean except for the shower. It had hair on the shower floor. The water from the shower drained out onto the floor and out of the bathroom. Someone needs to fix that. This is a new hotel and I know that they are still working on getting things right. Other than those 2 issues, the hotel is beautiful and the staff are great. It is walking distance to shopping. Will be back again.

No cleaning service, you have to replace your own towels and toilet paper. Will downgrade your room without notifying you prior to your arrival. If you book on Expedia they will likely double charge you for the room, keep an eye on your credit card and be wary they don’t have staff that can process refunds readily available. Shower leaks into the toilet. Lockboxes don’t work. Staff are friendly especially the bartender.

Great hotel and so glad we booked this spot. New hotel, so very clean looking but not just that, staff are very welcoming, rooms were great, high quality beds, good facilities, continental breakfast was high standard and definitely worth grabbing in the morning. Also great location near shops and restaurants and easy to get to other parts of Wilmington. Would I book here gain? Absolutely.
