The property is clean and well-maintained. Hotel room air-conditioning is loud and might be broken. We have tried to turn on the heat mode, but it automatically switches to "cool" mode after heating for 3-5 minutes. Besides, air-conditioning / heater's noise is a little loud to disturb sleep. We had to shut down the machine's power to have a quiet night.

The hotel was nice and clean. The only 2 the things i didn't like was the bed was not very comfortable and the room we were in was by the kitchen and between the early morning hours during the breakfast time it was very noisy and hard to sleep in because of all the banging of pots and pans came thru our room wall and made it very hard to get any sleep.

We booked the hotel because it had a pool, informed on our second day that the pool was reservation only, we made a reservation for the next morning, woke up early and arrived to the pool closed because of the cleaning crew vacuuming and shocking the water. Never was able to use the pool we paid for.

Perfect place to stop during our travels back up North from Florida. Excellent room, friendly staff, great breakfast and the use of the pool was a real bonus for my back after sitting in the car for long hours.

I liked the area the hotel was in. Around a lot of places to eat and shop. I didn’t like how noisy it was when trying to sleep being on the 1st floor.

Wifi didn’t work, asked front desk, was told cannot help. Asked for one more towel n pillow, told to get them at the front, they didn’t deliver to room. Room had a weird smell.

the location was very convenient, but since it was located adjacent to a highway - it was not quite. The breakfast was Ok. the hot dishes were cold and the variety was not ok, very basic breakfast.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice , except for the fact no trash bags were in the trash cans in my room . The staff were friendly except for a lady in the morning that was helping with breakfast. I said good morning and she just rudely looked at me . She was a white lady with brown hair that came to her ear. She looked evil and then she evilly stared at me 2 year old. Luckily for her I am elevating myself because if this were a couple years ago I would have definitely asked her why she was staring so miserably at such a nice hotel. Like why come to a place like this to work if your gonna be rude ?? Just go work somewhere where you don’t have to be around people because her energy definitely threw the vibes off . Beside that lady .. I would probably stay again.

We arrived about 5pm on Thanksgiving day. The young lady at the front greeted me with a warm smile and great customer service, just what i need after my travels. I think Marriott has become my hotel of choice.
