I loved the property and the large spacious rooms. The shower area was slippery and the ground work of the shower should be better. It could really have a fall difficulty for a senior. Please note

Very handy for me and our dog while my husband had surgery and was in the hospital. Staff was very understanding of our situation. Great breakfast!!!

Very clean, great room on first floor with tall ceilings, nice TV's on swivel mounts, updated bathrooms, & kitchenette in the suite I had. Clean breakfast area with waffles, eggs, turkey sausage, bagels, etc. eChecked in with no issues, but the app didn't work to open the side door, only the front door. Overall 9/10!

Excellent accessible king size room
Room was clean and organized. I got a king size handicap accessible tub. Excellent choice. The tub had a seat and plenty of bars to hold on to. I needed this because of having arm surgery. Room was also on the first floor near a side access door which was excellent. Great stay

Nice personnel, breakfast choices varied even for a keto diet! Room was awesome and loved the detail of the personalized greeting in the tv display. Very unexpected and appreciated. Spacey room. Will return.

I think the area this property is in is over priced, when we arrived we seen a police man that had a man handcuffed who was sitting on the ground. That made us a little us safe, the front desk was nice but you would not think you were in a hotel it was not business oriented. I expected something better than the reviews I read.

Very conveniently situated to the local hospital where my wife was having a surgery. It was great that I didn’t have to drive over an hour back home. Very comfortable bed, big TV, clean room & bathroom. Front desk was very helpful and polite. Plenty of shopping, restaurants and coffee shops nearby too.

After a long day of volunteering outside, we wanted to swim in the pool. But it was closed at dark. No signage about closing time. We would have chosen another hotel if we had known that. And… someone else’s food was left in our fridge. And we all left with bites/bumps around our ankles.
