Very nice I have stayed in many Wilmington motels since the 1980s as Wrightsville and Kure beach are my favorites. I shall stay at Spark the next time I visit. I like the location and the motel was very pleasant. The staff was very helpful and nice.

The staff was helpful, especially our second night, with extremely loud neighbors. The room was odd…very spacious with a ton of open cube storage, but the “seating area” consisted of one chair under a lamp, just sort of floating alone at the end of the bed. There was certainly space for a second chair at the very least. While the bed was comfortable, the pillows were horrible, with zero firmness. Will we stay here again? Probably not.

Decent hotel. Basic good breakfast. Good coffee. It kind of feels like motel 6 and Hilton had a baby but it was very clean and efficient with top notch customer service from the staff. My only complaint was a staff member smoking near the entrance. Some people don’t do well walking through that.

Pleasant 4 day stay. Staff was extremely nice and helpful!!! Room was clean. I felt comfortable and safe!! Breakfast bar was fresh and clean. Dog friendly was a plus for me!!! I recommend Sparks it was affordable, clean, friendly staff and security cameras in every corner!
