The accommodation is dated but I knew that from the photos it was very clean though & i was surprised to find all the essentials had ben left. I wasn’t expecting that so had brought it all with me. Twin sea view balcony room higher floor

"We have stayed at this hotel over half a dozen times and have always found it comfortable and clean. We always request a low floor room and when we first booked about 3 years ago the hotel always allocated this. The last two times we have been allocated higher floors, when asked only to be told, we are fully booked. We always book months in advance and why our request isn’t taken into consideration, I don’t know. We pay for a premium room and with better planning I am sure our request could be made."

"We stayed for one night at the Hampton by Hilton Ashford International and had an excellent stay. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Our bedroom was clean and spacious. Great choice for breakfast. No complaints at all. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel."
