The lady that checked us in was very kind. We just needed a place to sleep as we were traveling. The room was awful. There was only one outlet and it was an extension cord attached to the tv and fridge. The sink did not work and the shower head looked like it had never been vleaned. Free breakfast was toast and cereal but due to the conditions of the property we chose not to eat.

Place was nasty it smells like mold smoke and rotten food it's sad when you walk down the hallway to your room and you see roaches walking across the floor

OK for one night but not the best.

Location of the Super 8 was very convenient as we were traveling South on I 81. The property is somewhat run down. Our particular room needed numerous small repairs to correct wear and tear. Everything was generally clean and the beds were comfortable, so it served our purpose. Breakfast was minimal at best, cereal, juice, and coffee.

The lobby smelled like smoke. I checked in and went to check the room and it looked like the bathroom had never been cleaned. I let the front desk know and he didn’t say sorry or anything just handed me a new room key. I went to check the new room and there was a live roach in the bath tub. I let the front desk know and again he didn't say anything. I asked for a refund and he did approve the refund. I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE YOU FROM STAYING HERE! We ended up booking a room at the quality inn down the road which was very nice.

This is by far the most rundown hotel pretty much I ever experienced. The room full of dust and toilet it’s way dirty to look at. Seems they don't understand what’s the very basic level of a clean room supposed to be. Front desk will on phone forever even they see you right in front his face. Donot care. House keeping cleaning like acting not real. Please stay away as you found right next to this one it’s comfort inn and redroof. Try that as this one not worth to try.

Do not stay here. I didn't even put my things down in the room i was given. Not only did nothing work in the room, lights or tv. It was the shadiest place i ever seen

Unexpected

The location of parking was concerning as there were many people from area walking around cars. The back entrance to rooms was broken always open allowing easy access to anyone. Room was clean and beds were ok. The front desk clerk on checking in was helpful and polite . The checkout was not nice and rude as I had to leave early in morning she seemed annoyed. I am not sure I would stay with this hotel again .

My room smelled like cat piss ! And the rooms have no top latch , the manager was also very rude when I told him about the experience . The super 8 in winchester millwood pike , I would not recommend to anybody .

Night check on clerk not very friendly. No smoke detector in room. Drawer missing from dresser only work plug was located near tv and had no open spots. Morning clerk did not speak to me when I checked out. Room looks to have water damage at bottom of bed. Toilet ran most of night
