โMy family had a nice trip. We were right across from the beach and the facility pool was a favorite. The staff was super and we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.โ
โPool area was exquisite, the Lazy river is awesome and my Grandkids loved the slides. The bed was firm comfortable. The grille staff seemed preoccupied and was very slow our order was cold when we got it. Overall it was a pleasant Experience.โ
โIdeal location - Pass Christian has a lovely beach and is almost never crowded. You can see the water from the balcony, but it might not be safe to cross the busy highway to walk there. The area around the hotel was charming and easily walkable. The restaurant downstairs was not open when we were there - even for dinner. The bed was very comfortable. Overall we loved our stay but there were a few wobbles. We had our 93-year-old mother with us who uses a walker and she had to climb the stairs...
โThe only issue I had, there no drinks in the drink machine. Other than that, it was quiet and very nice. Close to shopping, interstate, and food.โ
โThe staff was extremely friendly & efficient the only issue we had was the tv not working when we got there but upon notifying the front desk someone was there in minutes to diagnose & fixed it in less than 15 min totalโ
