“Great communication with host and location excellent.”

“The owners were lovely. The place was clean and well located. The dining room with fridge and facilities was a great resource. Fantastic stay - highly recommended!”

“A lovely B&B in the best location between Windermere town and Bowness. Well maintained facilities, great breakfast every morning and helpful & very kind host!”

“comportable stay.”

“clean room, all you can order breakfast”

“Cute rooms!”

“There was no staff , can’t able to contact to manger , it was difficult to enter the property, there was no guidance”

“Shower tap was broken, fridge hummed a lot. Shower was fixed quickly and unplugged the fridge. Everything else was fine.”

“The communal areas in the hotel were lovely and the staff were friendly. The room we were allocated however was very disappointing for the price. We paid £194 for one night with a £20 additional charge for bringing our dog. The room we were given felt cramped and as it was on the ground floor, there was very limited natural light. The cleanliness of the bathroom was also not great.”

“We came here after our trek from Scafell Pike and it was exactly what we needed to relax which was a lovely hot tub. Lauren was very helpful and welcomed us in. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to others.”

“Not very easy to park due to short street ”

“This is the best place that I’ve ever stayed in Europe...staffs were very kindly...breakfast was wonderful... I highly recommend this place is good for family’s traveling...location is very good”

“Extremely friendly staff, made us feel very welcome! Lovely spacious room & really good shower, nice big comfortable bed & peaceful stay, big private balcony, breakfast was amazing!! Not a problem but room & balcony could do with a little updating & bbc channels didn't work properly due to signal but we had a lovely stay. Very close to village & lake, excellent location & would definitely stay again if we are in Windermere”
