“All in all good but pool temperature quite low and you could do with replacing some of the fixtures in the pool as you can see lots of rust and debris buildup as well as on some tiles in the pool . Some staff VERY attendant but many NOT The only “IMPROVEMENT” since take over from Champney’s is only the new bath robe and Elemis products. For price you pay it’s OK for 1 night BUT it’s in need of improvement desperately ”

“Staff were nice. However Room cleanliness wasnt great, i did request another room but they were unable to change us over as we hadnt booked direct - so jad to settle with a room full of cobwebs and very stained carpet. Also the room was far too warm. The first morning we ordered breakfast and it didn't arrive despite us reminding staff numerous times. Eventually gave up and had to leave as we had appointments to to to but for 18.50£ persom not good. Still waiting on refund for this. The other...
