“Outdoor pool was Excellent 👌👍 poolside pool facilities excellent several pools like thermal pool spa pool highly recommend. Breakfast good but chaotic the first day they were slow clearing tables queues to get in perhaps more staff helping with this?. Room..Generally clean...thoufh.drops a point for this am afraid. So clean bedding, had to ask for towel change...I 🤔 they are given set amount of time to turn round rooms. There was a caramel colour substance on both bath towels and on wall...

“The room is clean but the carpet looks very old. And the room very dark as the lights are dull. Again no socket near the bed. A lot of noise in the morning at the ground floor just outside our bedroom.”

“It’s a lovely hotel swimming pool gym facials staff are really helpful especially Michell on reception well done Michell deserves a star The only downside was the food some uneatable worse than any hotel I’ve been too we ended up going elsewear for our food we did complain the second night needs looking into I had the same sweet two nights one was really good strawberries cream biscuits delicious the second night they forgot the cream and strawberries and only one biscuit Sorry”

“We had a very small room inland snug but unfortunately in the heat the small fan given to us was inadequate to cool the room. We had dinner in the Jetty which was fabulous down by the waters edge with.a delicious prawn spaghetti and cod with crab.served by a very helpful young lady who was rushed off her feet. Very helpful staff and a lovely continental breakfast”
