"The place was gross, never been to a such a dirty hotel in my life. There is no manager there according to them to listen to complaints and the people at desk don't help. We had 4 staying in room we were told no about have a wash cloth for each of us. Sink faucets in bathroom falling off no working ..."

"The location was convenient and the shuttle from BDL was relatively easy. Rooms were a bit rundown but adequate. The property overall needs a makeover. Breakfast was not good - nothing special and the lobby had several annoying signs dictating that guests could not take food to their rooms."

"It says parking is included but I had to pay for parking every day. Front desk couldn’t fix it, the people she called didn’t fix it. Missed a work meeting because of the whole ordeal. Just the night is $24."
