"It is an apartment, not a hotel room. Mine was on the ground floor and there were people walking past and laughing which made it hard to get to sleep but it was very clean. The check-in process was a little surprising in that an app asked me to scan my passport and then let me pay the local tax. The next morning was confusing because they sent me an email saying that I needed to pay the tax and for a minute I thought I'd been scammed and that I had given my passport and my credit card number. They did apologize later that they had sent out a standard email that didn't take into account that I had indeed paid on a legitimate site. There was a couple hours of panic that could have been easily avoided by them tailoring email."

"The hotel is located conveniently near the train station. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful at check-in and at check-out. They gave us great service and kept our luggage for a couple of days. We enjoyed our stay here. "

"Great hotel close to the airport but not close enough to keep you awake at night. The hotel has its own restaurant which serves breakfast lunch and evening meals. There is a swimming pool with plenty of room for sun loungers with towels provided. A bar is available for a drink or two with seating to meet friends or just enjoy your drink before heading out to local restaurants and shops. The location is perfect for venturing out by bus or hire car for the day. Highly recommend."

"Poor staff first meet. Negative approach. No slippers and no bath robes - you have to almost beg to get them. Rooms are too basic. "

"The hotel’s location was excellent and the staff were very welcoming. However, the room was extremely hot, there was quite a lot of noise, and I believe there were works going on in or around the building. On the day I checked out, the hot water was not working either. Aside from these issues, my stay was overall acceptable. "

"Loved this place! Great rooms, great staff. Alot of consideration has gone into curating a wonderful experience, from the check-in to showing you to your room. Well designed and feels family run. The staff, each one seemed really content and happy to help, whilst giving you space to come and go as you wish. My only issue came from outside when the bars and clubs closed on Friday and Saturday night. If you're a light sleeper bring earbuds. Apart from that a great location and super quiet in the day. "
