โWe loved this stay for our honeymoon! It was so nice that it was right in the middle of everything, making most places walkable. They even gave us a room upgrade and champagne for our honeymoon. The staff were wonderful! โ
โGreat stay, right on the water with a great view. Close to everything. Would definitely stay here again. My only complaint was the pillows were too bulky and the coffee wasnโt good so we had to go to the local coffee shop. โ
โHotel was in a good location and the rooms were fine. We only stayed one night. Only issue we had was that management tries to save money from 10pm until 9 AM and closes the lobby with a sign that tells you to go down the street to the crown plaza if there are any issues. Thought that to be very poor customer service and we would choose a different hotel next timeโ
โThe lakeview rooms are worth the extra. Nice view of Lake Huron and the Arnald ferry boats. Sandy beach clean water. Arnald ferry to Mackinaw island is out the back door. Hotel is showing her age but rooms were clean and staff were nice. Good value for the moneyโ
โThe staff at front desk was super friendly and even helped us when my daughter was sick from heat be able to move us to a lower floor and suite that was much more cooler and comfortable.definitely would recommend โ
