DO NOT BOOK HERE
DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE ANYTHING ANOUT YOUR LIFE! This place should not be listed on any site for sale never mind hotels.com. Drug dealers, hookers, strip bar to mention a few. Bedrooms really firstly and smelly. Left after 5 minutes and booked somewhere else. Hotels.com refused to refund but will chargeback on credit card for failed services not supplied. These places need vetted before being allowed on these “reputable” sites

NEVER STAY HERE
DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is beyond a joke, it should not be listed on hotels.com. Drug deals going on in the car park, hostile residents, adult superstore shares same car park, we were followed to our room by the drug dealers. We left after 5 minutes as it’s not safe and rooms were dirty and defo had bed bug as we came out scratching. Both the hotel and hotels.com refusing to refund even though hotels.com know we booked somewhere else through them to stay the night elsewhere. Will do a charchback through Amex. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

You get what you pay for
Nice no frills hotel. Staff was nice and helpful. Could have been cleaner, but was far from filthy. Is the perfect place if all you need is a place to sleep each night. 3 out of 5 stars

When I asked for a do not disturb sign they told me at first they could not find one and I would need to call each morning to request a do not disturb notice. When I called in the morning they said they did not offer a do not disturb option. Place was noisy with a heavy machinery business next door that opened early each morning.

They kept my $100 deposit
I asked for a non-smoking room and they told me that I had to give them $100 cash in order to have one of those rooms and it's the deposit well when I checked out I didn't get any money back but I didn't think about it I feel the next day and I called them and they said oh it's too late our policy says that you can't have that money back if you don't ask for it it just infuriated me

That's not true someone else came to collect the deposit who was not linked to the room and he came after a week so the deposit was not given back as the money can only be returned to the guest and not to any one claiming to get the deposit back.

Not a good neighborhood, building is a bit rundown; took 15-20 minutes to check in and the same to check out. I picked a cheap place to stay and got what I paid for!

SHE gives INDIANS a BAD NAME..
Mistakenly got a smoking room that was HORRID!! Bedspread had multiple burn holes..furniture next to destroyed with burn marks..matress riduculously LUMPY bad SMELL W/two unuseable pillows....I asked if I could swap for a different room and was meanly told yes for an additional $100 fee, and then rudely hung up on after she told me this is how "I" do business. AND IT STUNK LIKE DEAD ANIMAL MIXED WITH YEARS OF SMOKING

You have to pay $100 deposit for a non-smoking room. Service was just ok. I wouldn't recommend it unless you are looking for a super cheap place to crash for a night. I would not recommend for multiple days.

Never checked in tried to cancel booking and hotels. Com called rodeway hotel and girl working denied my refund and I never spoke with her I spoke to a man at 3am that morning

Some reservations are non cancelable and non refundable. Please make sure before you book you room.

Stay anywhere else, your car would be better
Wish I could give it negative stars. Front desk clerk was ride and refused to give me anybody’s name. Room was gross. No remote control. Phone didn’t work. Internet code would not work. I’m a frequent traveler and this was overall the worst experience in a motel I’ve ever had. Wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me

When we first arrived there was a $100 depoait for a non-smoking room which was not listed. The room was filthy. The bed was made and all but the floors were dirty, the shower curtain was questionable, and the shower walls had not been cleaned in some time. Weeft after being there for 5 minutea.

There was 3 of us when we checked in there was 2 towels toilet seat was broken the next morning we asked for towels they didnt have any so when they called they gave me 1 stained towel 1 wash rag for 3 people and we saw a cockroach and there was a nasty strip club right in the same parking lol very dissapointed

Air conditioner broke down in middle of the night flooded the floor woke up with heat exhaustion sick asked for refund got another room unwilling to refund it was 5am

As soon as the guest said the air conditioner was dripping water which happens due to condensation sometimes, we offered to change the room and the guest was satisfied. They never asked for any refund or any such thing, they were happy with the other room.

The room was non smoking and when I got there it smelled like cigarettes. The sheets and bed spread had holes in them. There was holes in the curtains. The room was overall disgusting. I see why it's non refundable.

We stayed in two rooms- a smoking room that was a nightmare and a non-smoking room that was in slightly better condition. The price is great, but there were no amenities. If you want to be comfortable, bring your own towel (they provide one), cups, a coffee maker, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. To be fair, the microwave and fridge were nice to have. I probably wouldn't stay here again, even at this price.

Don’t go
It was an old motel 6 and was filthy and had lots of people coming and going and hanging out in their cars. I will not return.
