Initial room had a sewer smell and so after working with the front desk we were able to get a new room, but we did lose two hours of our stay. All the staff, amenities and location were amazing, hence the 4 stars.

Cozy room, friendly and helpful staff. Be aware that if you're sound sensitive, maybe don't pick the river view side of the boat as there is a family of sea lions that love to chat 20 hours of the day.

This was not what i was shown nor described; im very shocked and disappointed with hotel.com for letting this room on their site. The amenities listed were not available at all to us on our trip; no ppol, no extra pillow, no real cofffee. Just disappointing all the way around.
