"This is a sad place to be. I was lost finding my way to the assigned room given the apartment style facility and had to ask for a map. A direct sidewalk to my suite was not accessible. Although clean, the pillows were clumps of wanting to be more and there were pronounced stains on the carpet. I travel frequently and was looking for an affordable place to rest for a nite. This was not a pleasant option."

"elevator was broke the day of check out, there were little moth flies in the bathroom, shower curtains were stained too and so were the bathroom shower walls but honestly? you really get what you paid for here lol "

"The shower was broken. I’m a maintenance worker myself and still couldn’t get it on. It’s The handle was loose and just pulled out of the wall. The staff was no help, didn’t even offer any compensation. The room was relatively clean but just smelled musty and lights were out in the hallway"

"When we got there and checked in we heard other customers complaining their rooms were dirty and tv’s were broken. The grounds were dirty and there was a lady there that was cursing at the staff members and under the influence of some drugs, seemed like they knew her and she was a constant presence. When we got to our room the flops could have been vacuumed better and our fridge was broken. We didn’t realize it was broken until after we ordered food and had left over. I called them to come fix it and no one came. We went down to the front desk because we were going to see a concert and told them and the guy said they would send someone up, no one came. Then I called when we got back to the hotel and they suggested at 11pm to come down to the lobby and get a room change. At that point the food was already disgusting and it wasn’t worth to move rooms we should have just left. Very disappointed I stayed here and wasted money. When I checked out I mentioned our fridge wasn’t fixed and then I heard another lady saying her ceiling in the bathroom fell down and smacked her in the face."

"One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Confortqble beds and bedding, powerful water pressure in the shower and an amazing breakfast! "

"No coffee ready in the morning until after 7am."

"No hot water in shower. I was told to let the water run because i was on the 7th floor but that only made the water colder. "
