“I usually stay at the Holiday Inn for a conference in June and this was my third year in a row. While my stays here have generally been pleasant and unperturbed this time around was an actually bad experience with water dripping from the ceiling fan when it was raining, an unpleasant, mildewy smell throughout the room , and the bathroom and even the sheets when my wife checked in were dirty and had to be replaced though it took a good while to get hold of the hotel staff. “Wonderful property as usual. Room service was delicious and love the oversized tub. Parking remains a nightmare on race weekends. And warning, the outdoor pools are not heated. Learned that the hard way. Lake Deck looks great!”

“We came for the waterpark and it was great. not busy, plenty of seats, and Water was warm, almost too warm… but at least it wasn’t cold. Our room was on 2nd floor which was nice so we didn’t have to use the elevator; it also sucked because you could hear the people above us running down the hallway and shutting doors until midnight. Room and beds were clean. Bathtub in room was higher than a normal bathtub. You had to step up into tub, which was not a problem until you finished shower...
