"There's no elevator, but the staff are really helpful about telling you how to get to your room from the car park with the least amount of distance to carry your stuff. I had a lot of heavy gear so this was very much appreciated! Also, comfy bed, quality pillows and good amenities. Very easy to use TV esp to watch YouTube."
