Hotel encourages checking in/out via kiosk or on your phone, which is convenient but seems unnecessary when there is then staff floating around, not very personable or welcoming! But overall a great hotel in the heart of Wollongong at still reasonable prices "

Best of all, it is a pet friendly hotel which is rare in Australia, sadly. Our baby Shiba loved her stay. Thank you for being so accommodating to families with pets. We will be back. "
