Location foot friendly. Kitchen reasonably well equiped. Room spacious as is bathroom. Be aware western ide rooms will have some traffic noise from drive way. Most noticeable from the adjoining property which has a double width electric security roller door to their car parking. It has a prominent rattle and squeak.

Everything was good & clean. I do have 1 concern though, it seemed the water supply was intermitant as though when the unit next to ours was using water we could not access ours.

Reception not 24 hours but there are after hours key pick up and drop off. Parking was not a problem and after hours key pick was smooth. All appliances works except one hot tap in the bathroom was extremely loud when turning on. Upstairs is also steps only with no lift, have to be careful if there are issues with stairs when booking.

The hotel is perfectly located between the beach and shops. It is very clean and spacious, with amazingly comfortable beds. Very polite and helpful reception desk, big car park and easy access. We loved it.

I really liked it here. Easy parking and I enjoyed the large prints of Australian places. Comfortable couch and it was an easy walk down to the main strip of shops. I'd definitely stay again next time I come to the gong.

Stayed here a number of times. Rooms clean and well maintained. No facilities other than off street parking. A short walk to the Crown St Mall and centre of Wollongong. A quiet hotel in a residential street that never disappoints.

Would be Wollongong’s best hotel for travellers! Stayed here several times now with the value for money rooms and parking so close to the CBD and city beaches of Wollongong. Clean, comfortable and peaceful!

There's no elevator, but the staff are really helpful about telling you how to get to your room from the car park with the least amount of distance to carry your stuff. I had a lot of heavy gear so this was very much appreciated! Also, comfy bed, quality pillows and good amenities. Very easy to use TV esp to watch YouTube.

A very comfortable suite - staff were pleasant and helpful. Accomodation is in a very central handy location - just a short walk to beach and shopping centre with plenty of places to eat and drink - very happy - depending on prices in future
