โWe had a really lovelt stay here.
The hotel and our room was spotlessly clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. It is about a 15 minute walk to the square.
The breakfast was amazing,so many choices.We highly recommend a visit here. If we ever go back to Krakow we would stay here again.โ

โLovely staff and amenities. Very clean and central. Only negative is that the breakfast orders took a very very long time to come and it wasnโt very busy so not sure why.โ
โI had to give the hotel five stars for staff and service even though there is no staff nor service. You check in by giving your name at the door. The door is the unlocked and a printer is activated to provide you with room number and code for the doors. Worked fine. The place is IMO just beautiful, everything about it: the lighting, layout, design. Wow!โ
โThis is an apartment above a restaurant, not a hotel. We did not know this so it was initially hard to find. But what a beautiful amazingly romantic place. Wi-Fi not great, so come here for the romance not work. All the staff were incredible! Always operating with a spirit of excellence! And it is right next to the castle! โ

โThis was a great apartment! It was exactly like the photos. Everything was in great condition and spotless - not a speck of dust, a single hair or even a fingerprint on the reflective surfaces and appliances! The windows, when closed, kept out all street noise except for the garbage and recycling. Yes, the air conditioning was odd that it was only venting from the foyer, but it wasn't hard to use like others have mentioned (and there are instructions taped right by the controls). "This hotel was a bad choice. My room had a internet problem then I informed hotel. Technician stay in my room over 30minutes he couldnโt solve any problem so we missed the time to have fun in this city. I didnโt get any solution. So when they went out my room they informed me that they will check another room for us. But later this hotel told me โreception has no internet neither.โ Sorryโ. Thatโs all. It means this Hotel didnโt recognize they lost internet during long time. Besides the towel has a stain. I donโt recommend this hotel."
