Great location in the old jewish quarter, walking distance to all the atractions, big room with high ceiling, plenty of natural light, comfy beds, fridge, safe, large closet, desk, channel tv, good shower. Amazing breakfast. Very careful staff.

Lovely hotel in good location. Very comfortable and clean Breakfast included was very good, something for all taste. Service was friendly and staff very helpful. Only 1 small thing was no tea / coffee making facilities in room but fresh bottled water was provided and small fridge.

Good option in Krakow

I had a great stay at this property. The room was clean and in good condition. It was located in front of a tram station. And the service was impeccable. Anne, at the reception desk, went above and beyond my expectation to help provide me with some breakfast food to go due to a very early morning tour, and to help me to repair a damaged suitcase. I definitely recommend this property.

The hotel is perfect for a stay in Krakow. It was clean, comfortable, reasonably priced and breakfast was included. The staff were friendly and helpful giving suggestions for restaurants which were all good. The hotel is well placed for both the Old Town and Jewish Quarter. I would happily recommend this hotel and we would definitely use it again.
