Good location just over the river from the castle. The room was nice and had everything that we needed and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the bar on top of the boat sitting in the sun. Really enjoyed our stay here.

There was one person that stood out for me & that was the guy Kamil on reception. His customer service is excellent, service with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. He went above and beyond to make our stay on the boat easy . This boat is a hidden gem 💎... the location is superb.

Bar was available if you spoke to staff - weather was cold so they sat in reception and would assist if you wanted a drink. There are a couple of Zabkas in the old town, The Forum is close by and has a food court. There's also an excellent restaurant on a boat a 2 minute walk away.

A unique place to say. It's a sort of hostel vibe, so it's not luxurious. But I stayed in room #10, the private room, which was nice and rather spacious. Positives: good wifi, a nice room with coffee and tea in the morning and a fridge for guests to use. The staff were very nice, especially Kamil. Air conditioning. Negatives: The curtains in my room did not keep the morning sun out well. The bed was not very comfortable. The room got rather warm on sunny afternoons. Nearby restaurant FORUM highly recommended.

Pleasant stay

Stayed for 4 nights over the Easter holidays. We stayed in a family room with bunk beds. The room was comfortable and also had a bathroom with shower. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Location was brilliant. A very short stroll over the bridge to the centre of Krakow.

Area is just outside the center of Krakow which is quieter but also lacking some points of interest. Staying on the boat was such an amazing experience, particularly the glasshouse dining at the back. Note that this being a boat, the walls between the rooms are quite thin and noise does transfer across.

Amazing family stay on a boat

We were very happy with our stay! The location is perfect – just a short walk to the main square in Kraków, and with a beautiful view of Wawel Castle right from the boat. It was warm and cozy inside, and the experience of staying on a boat was really unique and fun for the whole family. Our kids especially loved the bunk beds! There’s a lovely glass conservatory with a river and Wawel view, and even an aquarium with turtles – such a cool touch. The boat had everything we needed: kettle, coffee, tea, fridge, microwave, plates – very convenient. The boat was moored securely so it didn’t sway at all – we slept great. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Definitely planning to come back. Only positives!

While I’m still traveling Europe, I’m currently on my 21st country and this place is one of my favorite places I stayed. A piece of advice for other travelers though, make sure you type in the address of the hostel and make sure it correlates with where it’s at bc I typed in the name and it sent me to another place on the other side of the river. Also the local tram is super convenient and right on the other side of the street.

Alloggio economico a poca distanza ddal centro. Zona sicurissima, come tutta cracovia devo ammettere. La struttura è davanti l'ICE, il bellissimo centro congressi. A poca distanza, sul rondò, molteplici fermate di tram e bus. Ma andare in centro a piedi è facile, dopo aver attravsersato il ponte già si è sotto al castello. la struttura è una chiatta, con diverse camerette da 4 letti (2 letti a castello) + bagno. Molto pulito l'ambiente e anche la biancheria. I letti sono corti, 180 cm, chi è più alto non potrà stendere le gambe. In stanza c'è il clima, di quelli mobili, ma funziona. Abbiamo avuto alcuni problemi una sera/notte in quanto c'era una scolaresca di ragazzini attorno ai10/12 anni che facevano baccano. Peccato che chi stava all'ingresso non abbia preso provvedimenti in autonomia sentendo il caos, ma dopo aver chiesto di intervenire la situazione si è tranquillizzata. Nel complesso una esperienza buona. Il personale è gentile, posizione ottima e molta attenzione nella pulizia.

„The Boat “ ist ein schwimmendes Hotel. Alles sauber, nettes freundliches Personal. In 5 min zur Bus und Straßenbahn Haltestelle. Anbindung zum Flughafen (Buß 30 min.) Innenstadt und Bahnhof (Straßenbahn ca. 15 min.) Wir hoffen das wir bald wieder hier Übernachten können.

Stanza pulita e biancheria profumata. Ambiente accogliente con una sala dining attrezzata di microonde, bollitore e stoviglie, caffè, the e tisane, frigorifero e una vista spettacolare sulla Vistola.
