“Nice apartment, as described, host was helpful, on price for the area but I think a bit expensive overall unsure why hotels in Wolverhampton are so expensive.”

“Absolutely perfect placement for doing anything in Wolverhampton and very close to the station. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen facilties are modern and more than sufficient for a weekend or longer stay. Good shower pressure and the TV in the room I stayed with in had all the streaming apps. Good sense of space, no noise from the street (upstairs room). Would stay again. Great comms from owner/host before and throughout.”

“The bed was Black with Mould underneath the mattress cover, This place is a health and safety issue I have asked them for a refund, and I am Blocked I will escalate this to a higher level to get them inspected and closed down until they meet the standard above a stable. due to their rudeness to what I found. “Received an email around 3 hours before we were due to check in the booking had been cancelled. We were en-route. Called the number on the email (which was a third party - not Hotels.com). Advised the booking had been cancelled due to 'maintenance' and to contact Hotels.com directly make an alternative booking. Attempted to contact Hotels.com but could not get to speak to a human being to make an alternative booking. We were left high and dry!”

“The check in instructions were a little confusing. Also the apartment is not that great given the price and the area. You could get a better room at the premier hotel”

“Absolutely horrendous experience with a "host" who was completely unreasonable and unfair, that ruined our weekend and left us with a loss of money (and extra unofficial charges through PayPal) and no where to stay. Never again and would advise starting well clear. ”
