โthey let us check in early, because we had a problem at another hotel. They were very nice. Pool was awesome, and they gave snacks and juice at around 2 for a few hrs. โ
โGreat location just outside pigeon forge so it makes it easy to get in and out without dealing with too much traffic. Staff was friendly and with it being a newer hotel everything is brand new. โ

โThe hotel was so clean. The staff is very welcoming and responsive. It was a quiet stay. There are a lot of activities and dining options within a mile from the hotel. The room is clean, spacious, has an amazing view and a comfortable bed. Overall a great stay!โ
โI work in the hospitality industry as well and I know its difficulties. The room was clean but could use some upkeep. Its time for a new pull out couch and mattresses. The pools were pretty nice but the putt putt needs to be redone or removed... its a bit embarrassing. Thank you for an awesome stay. My family made some memories and you helped with that! โ
