"Of the 2 rooms, one wasn’t clean. The staff was unhelpful and didn’t know basics of the property. No WiFi either which added to the annoyance.
The only saving grace is that they were upfront and honest about not knowing anything.
Hope the management gains their bearings sooner rather than later.
As of now, I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. "
