"Got a king room with a love seat and love seat and ottoman were stain3d all over, had an expose socket on the floor under rhe a/c unit and doors WERE SO HARD TO OPEN AND CLOSE. You had to jerk down with both hands and asked front desk person about it and she said that's how all the doors are. Overall experience was a 3 out of 10."

"The hotel worked out great for our stay. The bathroom in our room could use a little TLC especially around the tub. Overall the hotel was very nice and all the staff were great!"

"I needed assistance with a billing error. The operations manager, Jorge Soza was very rude and unaccommodating. Thankfully, another manager assisted him to correct the billing issue. I am not if he behaved that way because he did know how to perform the task but his behavior was unwarranted. The incident largely impacted my hotel experience. I am not happy."
