“It was absolutely perfect. My daughter and granddaughter were here for my niece’s graduation from Ft Benning. We were in awe as to how beautiful and clean everything was. Everything was top notch. You’d never believe this was a 1900s structure. The front desk was very helpful. Helped us find restaurants etc. check in and out was a breeze. The place was very secure. Even the elevator. The restaurant was very nice. Great choice of drinks and food. We highly recommend”

“The floors where not clean. Tub did not drain, so there was always standing water in the tub. There was a dirty sock stuck on the wall where the firm is. The room was like a cave , and the toilet was not secure to the floor. The rooms should be painted light color. I understand the the place is old but, you could try to keep it up. Like in NYC we have old buildings and the insides are beautiful.”

“Ice machine was non existent. Vending machine was unplugged. There was a washer in the breezeway. The pool was not filled. The assist handles in the bathroom were not aligned. There was no plug for the bathtub. Overall the property was clean, and although I showed up late, the attendant was walking up to the lobby when I arrived, so there wasn't much of a wait, or issue with my reservation in that matter.”

“Expedia should no longer offer contracts with this facility. They are disgusting and scamming people. The front desk workers all just need a job so they could care less about helping customers properly. The facility in a whole, needs to be audited. The food in the lobby is old. The pool looks like a swamp lake of still water. The location is all the way over there and no one was helpful, for anything. The only positive experience was the young lady who came to clean my room. And she was fairly...
